What are the Conference dates?
The Conference will be held April 25-27, 2008
A special Laws & Ethics pre-Conference workshop will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2008.
Where is the Conference being held?
The Conference will be held at the Mariott San Jose, in San Jose, California
Are meals and/or hotel included in the Conference fee?
The Conference registration fee includes the Conference ONLY.
Accommodations and meals are not included in the Conference registration fee.
I am a graduate student or intern – how do I Volunteer in exchange for registration fees?

Do you offer Group Discounts?
Yes. All registrations must be sent in the same envelope. No additions can be made once the original group registrations have been mailed. Group discounts can not be applied to Day Ticket registration fees.

Do you offer Scholarships?
Unfortunately, we are not offering Scholarships at this time.
How many Continuing Education (CE) hours are available?
The Couples Conference offers 22.0 hours.
Pre-conference Laws & Ethics day offers 4-6.0 credit hours. This workshop meets the necessary Laws & Ethics requirement for licensure.

When presenters are listed in different sessions – will they present the same topic or a different one?
Presenters that are scheduled for more than one session will present on a different topic.
Do I need to register for individual sessions?
No. Once you register for the Conference, you may attend any sessions you prefer. Pre-registration for individual sessions is not necessary.
I am physically challenged and need special accommodation – who do I contact with my request?
San Jose Marriott is ADA compliant.
Please inform the hotel about any special needs.

Are all sessions recorded?
All sessions are audio recorded and will be available for sale at the Conference.
However, only Clinical Demonstrations are video recorded. Video recordings will be available at the Conference.
